Cancellation Policy
I understand unexpected circumstances may happen. Communication is key!
If you’re unable to make the appointment that you have a deposit down for please reach out via text at 978.514.3977 or through Instagram DMs. If you reach out within the next 48 hours after cancelling to reschedule your appointment then your deposit will be put towards the rebooked appointment.
If you’re unable to rebook within 48 hours then you will need to put down a new deposit towards any future appointments.
Post Service Policy: After ANY and ALL services performed by Brianna Ginese, all clients will be given a 7 days grace period after initial visit to reach out and schedule a revision service if in the case the desired outcome was not achieved the original visit.
